HAARP Build-Out To 3.6 Million Watt Broadcast Capacity Recently Completed

Under construction since 1990 the high frequency antenna array at the High-frequency Active Auroral Research Project (HAARP) facility in Gakona, Alaska has been completed and is now preparing to exploit emerging ionospheric and radio science technologies related to advanced defense applications.

For the last four years the High-frequency Active Auroral Research Project (HAARP) has been managed by the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) with Dr. Sheldon Z. Meth as the Program Manager.  As of March 9, 2006 the official DARPA page for HAARP states that the high frequency transmitting array at the HAARP Research Station, Gakona, AK has been completed and that management of the project is being returned the Air Force Research Laboratory and the Office of Naval Research. Given the highly eccentric nature of long-period orbits, predicting an exact return date for Planet X / Nibiru is difficult.  However, the ever-quickening pace and severity of ongoing weather changes and seismic events, clearly signals an early onset of flyby effects.  If current trends persist, the pattern of these catastrophic effects will worsen as the 2012 time frame approaches.
