Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, for 7 to 8 minutes or until candy forms a ball around the spoon & pulls away from the sides of the pan. Remove from heat & shape cocoa mixture into 1-inch balls. Gently roll balls in the chocolate sprinkles & place in individual decorator cups. Cover & chill before serving.
