Fresh pork shoulder or pork loin, boned & cubed 1 cup ketchup 1 1/2 cups water 6 tsp chili powder 4 TB white vinegar 2 onions, diced Salt & pepper to taste Add all ingredients to a large pot and cook about 1 1/2 hours (or more) until pork is tender.
