Add mushrooms & green onion, & cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly, 2 minutes. Gradually stir in the chicken broth & cream, stirring constantly, & cook 5 minutes, or until slightly thickened. Add chicken & pimento, & cook 5 to 8 minutes, or until thickened and bubbly. Serve over hot cooked rice. * Read today's newsletter?
