Pour off any fat. Add broth & bring to boil. Stir in cabbage, tomato paste & canned tomatoes. Reduce heat. Cook covered for about 1 hour or until vegetables are tender. Sprinkle with parsley & serve with fresh rolls. Serves 6-8. * Read today's newsletter?
