Drain sauerkraut. Place layer of kraut on bottom of large pan. Place layer of meatballs on top. Layer again the same way. Pour full can of tomato juice on top. Don't stir. Bring to a boil &reduce heat. Simmer for 1 1/2-2 hours. Stir after 1/2 of cooking time, gently. Serve over mashed potatoes. * Read today's newsletter?
