Gently peel back top of husks & remove silk from corn & rinse under cold water. Smooth husks back up over tops of ears. Place corn on barbeque & grill until leaves/husks appear blackened, turning corn until evenly cooked. As you peel back blackened husks you will see that corn underneath is lightly browned, indicating the natural sugars within the corn have caramelized increasing the sweetness in flavor.
