Go Also, here is today's Bacon & Tomato Rice Recipe: 6 slices bacon, diced 2 onions, chopped fine 1 green pepper, chopped fine 1/4 teaspoon pepper 2 cans canned tomatoes, drained, chopped 2 cup cooked rice 1 teaspoon salt Cook bacon till crisp. Remove from pan (set aside), add onions, & green pepper to frying pan, saute until tender. Add remaining ingredients & simmer gently until heated through.
