In a large bowl, combine the pasta, tomatoes, celery, peppers, & tuna. Prepare the dressing by whisking together the mayonnaise, salad dressing, sugar & pepper. Add to pasta salad, mix & refrigerate for 1 hour. * Read today's newsletter?
