Bake in a hot oven (400F) from 30-40 min, basting frequently with 1/4 cup of butter melted in 1/4 cup of hot water. When chicken is done make a gravy from the fat left in the pan, stirring in two tbsp of flour, one cup of cream, 1 cup chopped mushrooms, & 1/2 cup water. If desired, add a few button mushrooms.
