Add garlic & saute 1-2 minutes. Stir in flour, salt & pepper & cook 1-2 minutes. Remove pan from heat & slowly add milk, stirring constantly. Return pan to medium heat, mix in mustard & bouillon; cook & stir 5-8 minutes or until mixture is thickened & bubbly. Stir in turkey & heat 1-2 minutes. Serve soup with sliced French bread. Serves 6.
