"I have not permitted myself, gentlemen, to conclude that I am
the best man in the country; but I am reminded in this connection
of a story of an old Dutch farmer, who remarked to a companion
once that it was not best to swap horses when crossing a stream."

wwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww  TODAY'S RANT wwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww
wwwwwwwww

After nearly four years of non-stop rhetorical attacks on the
President the Kerry-Edwards campaign is trying to convince the
people that they are shocked, simply shocked at the 'despicable'
ads that the Bush-Cheney campaign is using to illustrate Senator
Kerry's inability to be consistent on any given issue, his 20
year record in the Senate that is absent any significant
accomplishment, or even Kerry's failure to show up in the Senate
for important votes that he has described as being close to his
heart. All we can say is that the Democrats have consistently
taken the low road in unfairly attacking or undermining George
Bush from the very beginning of his presidency through the
primary campaign and then during this last week's 's flim-flam
show.

There is so much in the Democrat Convention that we could laugh
at and/or get steamed at. The airwaves and the commentary are
full of how disingenuous and misleading that the Democrats have
been,so we will leave in-depth and point-by-point rebuttal to the
others. In general, Kerry's program is "We can do better" and if
there is anything that troubles you in your life, "Help is on the
way." If you are troubled by people who have more than you do, or
you have a dead-end job or an inability to pay your bills, or you
have an illness of any kind, from Aids to diabetes, "Help is on
the way." Whatever troubles you is George Bush's fault and
Senator Kerry is reporting for duty, he is from the government,
and he will help or cure you. Yes, there is trouble in River City
and his name is Bush! Frankly, this is hucksterism and snake oil
salesmanship at its very worse... playing on people's fears and
misery, promising them whatever they want if they would only give
John Kerry their votes. It was a shameless exhibition of just how
low some people will stoop in their lust for power.

We aren't fooled, but all the Kerry campaign needs to do is fool
enough people in enough states to get an electoral vote majority.

We live in an era of serious issues and historic challenge. It is
up to us, you and me, on how the future plays out. The Democrats
are organized and driven and they cannot stand on their record so
they will lie anytime it serves their purpose. The Left has a
considerable advantage in the the mega-communication industry
from print and broadcast media, 527 organizations, unions,
propaganda films and the educational system, and they are pulling
out all stops in targeting President Bush for defeat. The only
way to ensure that they do not win is for every single supporter
of President Bush to do his or her part in combating the left's
campaign of lies and to get every single supporter of the
President to vote.

To prevail, we must win the battle for the swing states! The Left
is already flooding those states with money and out-of-state
workers (and if rumor and history are guides, out-of-state voters
on Election Day!). It is up to us to match or exceed this pre-
election effort! This newsletter is dedicated to supporting and
promoting Action Items to thwart the Left at every turn and to
return President Bush to a second term in office!

wwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww THIS WEEK IN OVERDRIVE wwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww
wwwwwwwww

Last week was kind of fun watching the Democrats squirm and keep
their mouths shut over a candidate they had no enthusiasm for and
a platform they didn't believe in. Now riding on the results of
four year orge of Bush Bashing, the Democrats have a candidate
whose only accomplishment in life was over 30 years ago. That
said, the polls have us well behind so we've got to get busy!

Sunday reveals that reality comes knocking soon enough. Homeland
Security raises the threat level for New York, New Jersey, and
Washington. If attacked, John Kerry would retaliate. Doesn't that
make you feel safer?

The Democrats cynically hope for failure in Iraq and the ME as
their best hope to regain the White House. The dims are also
betting against the economy. And they call it patriotic and
'a strong and respected America'...

You have got to wonder if there are any Democrats with any
principles at all. They have nominated a man who stands against
90% of their number on the major issue of the campaign. Vague
promises filled the balance of his platform. Any Leftist with any
scruples left would vote for Nader after the fakery in Boston. I
suppose that many will fill the void with hate and ABB.

The polls are confirming that the Kerry Vague Promises for
Everybody Campaign has gotten about a four point convention
bounce. This is less a bounce than a thud, historically speaking.
In the all-important electoral vote count, Kerry leads the
President by a wide but narrowing margin in most polls.
This election could go either way and will be highly dependent on
the events of the last week or two. In the meantime we've got to
make it to par and above (well above) because If It's Not Close
Then They Can't Cheat (a plug for Hugh Hewett's book by the same
name).

Get Busy, Folks!

JOHN KERRY MEETS THE TRUTH SQUAD
Scary John Kerry! Excellent site to recommend to your friends!
http://www.scaryjohnkerry.com/ Take a look and do it now!

Democrats' Extreme Makeover: The GOP does an unexpectedly GREAT
job of exposing the real John Kerry and his merry band of
mischief makers.
http://www.demsextrememakeover.com/ Send it far and wide!

CALIFORNIANS! Ralph Nader needs 150,000 signatures by Friday to
qualify for the ballot. Go ahead and sign the petition outside
the grocery store. It will drive the 'cRATS bonkers and they will
call it a Republican conspiracy.

This is basic. You can easily register at
http://www.voteforgeorgewbush.com/default.asp?template=7
Request an absentee ballot. When you receive it follow the
directions exactly and mail it in well before the deadline. This
will free you to call other Republicans to get them to the ballot
booth on election day.

FRAUD WATCHERS WANTED
Volunteer as a poll watcher or poll worker, especially in urban
areas and in swing states where Democrat election fraud is
suspect. This is not a last minute action item that you can put
off. Most states have rigorous deadlines and other requirements
for poll workers. Remember, a lot of unions have gotten their
members Election Day off just so they can go work the polls in
one way or another. Election fraud happens too often!! 'The
essence of democracy is that everyone accepts the results of
elections, even when they lose them.'

going for the President or safely going to Kerry. The election
will be either won or lost in the other battleground or 'swing'

the St. Louis area is heavily Dem and the dead come out of their
graves in large numbers, plus other voting irregularities.

DEBATE ON THE ISSUES
Where does Senator Kerry stand on Iraq? In Kerry's own words...
http://www.gop.com/News/MultiMedia/VideoPlayer.aspx?ID=868&T=2
Now isn't it clear?? It's Kerry vs. Kerry2 vs. Kerry3 vs...

CONVENTION FOLLIES
Senator Kerry boldly proclaims (as only he can do so!) that if
attacked, he will retaliate. Doesn't that make you feel safer?

Here's a surprise! Whatever troubles you is George Bush's fault
and Senator Kerry is reporting for duty, he is from the
government, and he will help or even cure you. Yes, there is
trouble in River City and his name is Bush! Frankly, this is
hucksterism and snake oil salesmanship at its very worse.

'Look for Democrats to repeat the words "strong" or "strength"
another few thousand times in the weeks and months ahead...
a mantra in lieu of policy.'
http://www.opinionjournal.com/editorial/feature.html?id=110005400

After nearly four years of intense personal attacks on the
President, changing the tone of debate isn't coming easy for the
the delegates and the rank and file. The Bush Bashing continues.
It's a pretty good view from the cheap seats by those who have no
responsibility, isn't it?

THE REAL GAME
Kerry at work... As a member of the Senate Select Committee on
Intelligence Kerry tried repeatedly to cut intelligence agencies
budgets, at least when he was there. He missed 38 out of 49
meetings.

SIDESHOWS

The feministas are in a quandary. A vote for Kerry in '04 is a
vote against a Hillary campaign in '08. Remind them.

OK, we'll get off the whole Kerry putting on a bunny suit thing.
After all, he did save a hamster from drowning, didn't he?
Reminds me that President Reagan was once a lifeguard and made 72
saves of actual human beings.

This newsletter, "Bush Support in Overdrive", has been
re-activated from the 2000 election and post-election campaign.
During that campaign we were distributed daily to over 50,000
people through a network of great people and supportive
organizations. Although we do not anticipate having to prepare
and send "Bush Support in Overdrive: The End Game" through
mid-December like the last time, we will if we must. Want to see

President George W. Bush represents well the historical values
that have made this country the best hope for humanity. We have
seen those values come under attack from abroad and from the
opposition, attacks which have been unprecedented in their scope
and their viciousness.

The President is doing all that is possible to prevail in this
War on Terror against an enemy that would kill us all and drag
the world back to the 11th century. Likewise, the President has
pursued a sound economic program that has brought the economy out
of an inherited recession to the point where we now have over 4%
annual growth. It is not the time to trust our national security
and our economy to the vague promises of a utopian future from
two of the most liberal Senators in Congress.

This time around, it is up to each and every one of us to do
something beyond voting, as important as that civic duty is. All
we ask is that you do your part. This newsletter will provide
what we believe are the most effective Action Items that you can
do to support the President's re-election.

There are many whose work I have cut and pasted here. Many thanks
to them!! Keep up the good work, everyone! You are Patriots all!

wwwwwwwwwwwwww MESSAGE FROM THE VICE-PRESIDENT  wwwwwwwwwwww
wwwwwwwww

President Bush has led this nation with strength and resolve as
we confront the terrorist threat.  In the war on terror, we will
always seek cooperation from our allies around the world.  But
as the President has made very clear:  There is a difference
between leading a coalition of many nations and submitting to the
objections of a few.  The United States will never seek a
permission slip to defend the security of our country.

These are not times for leaders who shift with the political
winds -- saying one thing one day and another, the next.  Senator
Kerry's position on big issues often depends on when you ask him.

When Congress voted to authorize force against Saddam Hussein,
Senator Kerry voted yes.  This year, when it served his political
prrposes, he described himself as an opponent of the war.

When it came time to fund our troops in Iraq and Afghanistan, for
body armor and other vital support, Kerry and Edwards both voted
no, even though Senator Kerry said such a vote would be
"irresponsible."  Senator Kerry then explained that, "I actually
did vote for the $87 billion before I voted against it."

We need a President who will back our troops 100 percent, and
that's exactly the kind of President we have.

There is no doubt that great events will turn on this election.
The leader who sits in the Oval Office will set the course of the
war on terror, and set the direction of the American economy.
Strong, consistent leadership is required.
