- THE BIGGEST SECRET DEPARTMENT -
9/11 Untruths Could be Criminal - Report

The 10-member commission that
investigated the US response to the September 11 attacks considered
seeking a criminal probe of the Pentagon, believing it had deliberately
misled the panel and the public, The Washington Post reported recently.
The panel found discrepancies between statements officials of the North
American Aerospace Command (NORAD) and the Federal Aviation
Administration (FAA) made about their response to the hijackings and
audiotapes and e-mails later made available.
The panel, in a secret meeting at the close of its investigation in
2004, decided there was probable cause to believe the officials had
broken the law by making false statements in the hope of hiding their
bungled response, sources knowledgeable of the debate told the
newspaper.
The commission, however, decided to refer the matter not to the Justice
Department but to the inspectors general for the Defence and
Transportation departments, who can make criminal referrals if they see
fit.
The inspectors general report is complete and is being drafted, an FAA
spokeswoman told the daily without divulging any aspect of the report.
Originally, vague and at times contradictory statements about how the
Pentagon tracked one or more of the four hijacked airliners were
attributed to the confusion prevalent on the day of the attacks.
The Pentagon for the first two years after the attacks maintained that
its response had been quick and that jets had been scrambled in
response to the last two hijackings.
But after analysing the audiotapes and other material the commission
subpoenaed from NORAD and FAA, panel members found that the Air Force
never had any of the hijacked airliners in its sights.
"I was shocked at how different the truth was from the way it was
described," John Farmer, a former New Jersey attorney general who led
the staff inquiry into events on September 11, told the daily in a
recent interview.
"The tapes told a radically different story from what had been told to
us and the public for two years ... This is not spin. This is not true."
Third of Americans suspect 9/11 government conspiracy
On top of this are the recent poll results where more than a third of
the American public suspects that federal officials assisted in the
9/11 terrorist attacks or took no action to stop them so the United
States could go to war in the Middle East, according to a new Scripps
Howard/Ohio University poll.
The national survey of 1,010 adults also found that anger against the
federal government is at record levels, with 54 percent saying they
"personally are more angry" at the government than they used to be.
Widespread resentment and alienation toward the national government
appears to be fueling a growing acceptance of conspiracy theories about
the 2001 attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon.
Suspicions that the 9/11 attacks were "an inside job" _ the common
phrase used by conspiracy theorists on the Internet _ quickly have
become nearly as popular as decades-old conspiracy theories that the
federal government was responsible for President John F. Kennedy's
assassination and that it has covered up proof of space aliens.
Seventy percent of people who give credence to these theories also say
they've become angrier with the federal government than they used to be.
"One out of three sounds high, but that may very well be right," said
Lee Hamilton, former vice chairman of the National Commission on
Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States (also called the 9/11
commission.) His congressionally appointed investigation concluded that
federal officials bungled their attempts to prevent, but did not
participate in, the attacks by al Qaeda five years ago.
"A lot of people I've encountered believe the U.S. government was
involved," Hamilton said. "Many say the government planned the whole
thing. Of course, we don't think the evidence leads that way at all."
The poll also found that 16 percent of Americans speculate that
secretly planted explosives, not burning passenger jets, were the real
reason the massive twin towers of the World Trade Center collapsed.
The poll found that a majority of young adults give at least some
credence to a 9/11 conspiracy compared to less than a fourth of people
65 or older. Members of racial and ethnic minorities, people with only
a high school education and Democrats were especially likely to suspect
federal involvement in 9/11.

WHAT THEY DON'T WANT YOU TO KNOW DEPARTMENT -
Astronaut Buzz Aldrin
Recounts Apollo 11 UFO Encounter
Summary: Buzz Aldrin: "There was something out there that, uh, was
close enough to be observed and what could it be? Mike (Collins)
decided he thought he could see it in the telescope and he was able to
do that and when it was in one position, that had a series of ellipses,
but when you made it real sharp it was sort of L shaped. That didn't
tell us very much."
In July on the Science Channel, a program called "First on the Moon:
The Untold Story" was aired. About 14:30 min/sec into the program,
there was a 3.5 minute segment that described a UFO encounter that
Apollo 11 experienced during its flight to the moon.
To the best of my knowledge, this is the first time that Buzz Aldrin,
an Apollo 11 astronaut, had ever publicly recounted any UFO experience
associated with the Apollo 11 moon mission. Also of interest, I wonder
how the UFO footage that was supposedly taken from a later Apollo
mission obtained?
Below is my transcription of the 3.5 minute UFO segment:
START:
Narrator: But three days and 200,000 miles into the flight, Mission
Control did miss the significance of a cryptic message from Apollo 11.
Apollo 11: 'Do you have any idea where the S-IVB is with respect to us?
Mission Control: 'Stand-by'
Narrator: The Crew required information on the current position of the
S-IVB, the final stage of the rocket which had been jettisoned away 2
days earlier. This short message hid an extraordinary turn of events:
Apollo 11 wasn't alone in space.
Buzz Aldrin: There was something out there that, uh, was close enough
to be observed and what could it be?
Narrator: Traveling along side of Apollo 11 was a mysterious object
like this one (a ringed object at close range is shown), filmed on a
later mission. If it wasn't part of their own rocket, it could only be
one thing, a UFO.
Aldrin: Mike (Collins) decided he thought he could see it in the
telescope and he was able to do that and when it was in one position,
that had a series of ellipses, but when you made it real sharp it was
sort of L shaped. That didn't tell us very much.
Dr. David Baker (Apollo 11 Senior Scientist): NASA knew very little
about, um, the object reported by the Apollo 11 crew. It was obviously
an unidentified flying object, but such objects were not uncommon and
the history of even earth orbit space flights going back over the
previous years indicated that several crews saw objects.
Narrator: Despite having a clear view of the UFO, the crew were wary of
reporting it to Mission Control.
Aldrin: Now, obviously, the three of us were not going to blurt out,
'Hey Houston we got something moving along side of us and we don't know
what it is, you know, can you tell us what it is?'. We weren't about to
do that, cause we know that those transmissions would be heard by all
sorts of people and who knows what somebody would have demanded that we
turn back because of Aliens or whatever the reason is, so we didn't do
that but we did decide we'd just cautiously ask Houston where, how far
away was the S-IVB?
Narrator: Unaware of the drama unfolding in space, Mission Control
radioed the position back to Apollo 11.
Mission Control: 'Apollo 11, Houston. The S-IVB is about 6,000 nautical
miles from you now, over.'
Aldrin: And a few moments later, why they came back and said something
like it was 6,000 miles away because of the maneuver, so we really
didn't think we were looking at something that far away, so we decided
that after a while of watching it, it was time to go to sleep and not
to talk about it anymore until we came back and (went through)
debriefing.
Narrator: To this day, whatever it was that the crew saw has never been
positively identified or officially acknowledged.
Dr. David Baker: There were a lot of people within the program who went
off later and became convinced that UFOs existed and that lead to some
concern on NASA's part where they got the agreement of the crew never
to publicly talk about these things for fear of ridicule.

ART THAT IS REALLY OUT THERE DEPARTMENT -
The First Intergalactic Art
Exposition

Judah L. Magnes Museum premieres world's first exhibition of
extraterrestrial abstract art.
Concluding centuries of speculation about extraterrestrial
intelligence, conceptual artist Jonathon Keats has discovered that a
radio signal detected by the Arecibo Observatory in Puerto Rico
contains artwork broadcast from deep space. Initially dismissed by
researchers as meaningless, the transmission -- which originated
between the constellations Aries and Pisces thousands of years ago --
is now claimed to be the most significant addition to the artistic
canon since the Mona Lisa, or even the Venus of Willendorf.
Painstakingly decoded and transferred onto canvas by Keats, the artwork
was unveiled to the public at the Magnes on July 30, 2006. "This is the
ultimate outsider art," notes Keats. "Historically our culture has
ignored extraterrestrial artistic expression. Exhibited at the Magnes,
the art becomes accessible to everyone."
The discovery of artwork from beyond the solar system did not come as a
surprise to Keats, who has frequently collaborated with scientists
across multiple disciplines. "It's a familiar story," he says.
"Researchers expect intelligent life elsewhere in the universe to
behave just like them. Since scientists are mathematical, they expect
extraterrestrials to broadcast the digits of pi or the Pythagorean
theorem."
Keats began seriously to question the wisdom of these assumptions while
conducting independent research early last year. "If I were an
extraterrestrial trying to communicate with beings elsewhere in the
universe, I certainly wouldn't transmit something they already knew,"
he argues. "I'd try to express something about myself, as profound as
possible, in the most universal language I could imagine: I'd send art."
The participation of the Magnes was crucial, according to Keats. "While
it would be presumptuous to make claims about the religious background
of beings elsewhere in the universe, I doubt that I'd have been able to
appreciate extraterrestrial artwork had I not been brought up Jewish,"
he says. "Growing up in a Diaspora culture has naturally sensitized me
to work unacknowledged by, and even laughable to, the mainstream.
Approaching art from a Jewish perspective, chief curator Alla Efimova
and the entire Magnes staff were completely open to the work I
presented."
The Magnes staff was also open to Keats’s suggestion that the generous
loan of extraterrestrial art be reciprocated, and have provided
facilities for him to transmit his own abstractions -- inspired by
works in the museum collection -- out into deep space. This
unprecedented interstellar cultural exchange will be ongoing for the
six-month run of the exhibition.
While the reaction of art connoisseurs elsewhere in the cosmos is not
known at this time, preliminary response on this planet is strong.
"Jonathon Keats’s art is a persistent, absurdist sabotage of modern
rationality and its institutions," says Efimova. “He usurps the
habitual processes and mechanisms of science, law, politics, economics,
and religion. Out of these mechanisms he creates ongoing and boundless
performances that have no beginning or end."

Searching For Signs of After Life via EVP

Nearly every Friday night, a team of self-described ghost hunters hits
the cemetery and spookiest spots in Tracy to look for signs of life
after death.
They call themselves Project Mayhem, and so far, they've haven't had a
face-to-face meeting with anything that even resembles a quivering,
howling ectoplasm or ghost — unless you consider the strange, soft
whisperings of unseen people as evidence of contact with another world.
The work is called "electronic voice phenomena," or EVP, as portrayed
in the 2005 movie "White Noise," and the people involved try to pick up
communication by spirits through tape recorders and other electronic
devices.
"We lost; we lost them all," one disembodied voice said recently —
recorded on a tiny pocket-sized flash memory device during a foray into
Tracy's cemetery.
"Lost what?" You might ask. "The big game? A series of big games?"
"We really don't understand what we record," 19-year-old Kevin Grigsby
said.
He said the team, which includes Brad Corbet, 18; Ricky Hyppa, 18; and
Cohen DeYoung, 18; are simply out to collect evidence and bring it back
to a skeptical and scared world.
"Most people are too afraid to go out and do it themselves," Corbet
admits.
So he's got himself a niche market. In a way, the teens are budding
entrepreneurs, convinced that people are willing to pay to have
"experts" spend a few hours in places where even the brave dare not go.
But mostly, it seems like the boys are having harmless fun. The police
have warned them to be careful, they said, and they've found themselves
explaining why they're hanging around abandoned hotels and cemeteries.
Once they explain themselves, the police generally chock it up to the
lively imaginations of the young and, perhaps, slightly bored.
On the other hand, they might be onto something. Belief in EVP in the
United States seems to have mushroomed with the popularity of things
such as Art Bell's "Coast to Coast" radio program. The late-night show
regularly hosts EVP-hunting guests, who play what they've recorded to a
national audience that may be cowering beneath the covers. There's even
a group called the American Association of Electronic Voice Phenomena,
claiming members in 40 states.
But the members of Project Mayhem haven't heard of the program or the
association. Their inspiration comes from the 1984 hit movie "Ghost
Busters" or the more recent "White Noise," which stars Michael Keaton.
"Go away," "Hey" or "Yeah." These are some of the words and phrases the
team members say they've recorded. Nothing spectacular and you have to
listen really hard sometimes to hear anything at all. Often, what one
hears is a matter of perception.
If they can make a living at it, it sure beats working at Burger King,
where all the men are gainfully employed. Their parents, they say,
think they have over-active imaginations.
But the work is addictive. One good, loud enunciated "Boo!" or a
blood-curdling scream only keeps them wanting more.

THE STUFF OF DREAMS DEPARTMENT -
Fairy Tale Phantoms

Do fairies, gnomes and goblins really exist? Suspend your disbelief for
a moment, and consider these real-life encounters with creatures from
the land of make-believe.
Most of us have grown up with the timeless fairy tales of The Brothers
Grimm and Hans Christian Anderson. They are wonderful stories populated
by fairies, gnomes, trolls, goblins and other strange creatures that
inhabit dark woods, foggy swamps, mystic meadows and mysterious
mountains. They are also powerful stories that stay with us our entire
lives because they tap into our primal fears of the unknown - creepy
little archetypes of the human collective unconscious.
But are these creatures only the stuff of folklore and imagination? Do
they have a basis in reality? Is that an idea too crazy to even
consider? People around the world have claimed to have actually seen
and even interacted with such beings. In moments of stress and
unfamiliarity, are their minds merely recalling the fairy tales of
their childhoods... or are their experiences real? Read the following
accounts and decide for yourself.
Sebastian Polizar, The Gnome
I am now 22 years old, but when I was 17 I saw a gnome, and this is how
it happened. My mom and I just moved to Puerto Rico. She bought an old
house on a hill that she fixed it up, and soon we moved in. One day I
came home early from school. No one was home, so I went to take a
shower. I could hear my dog barking and chasing something, so I got out
of the shower, ran to the window and saw what he was barking at: a
gnome! He was standing behind a tree. He was very small, wore a white,
cone-shaped hat and pointy shoes. Everything he wore was white. He saw
me and we looked at each other. When I blinked, he was gone. I decided
not to say anything to anyone. Then a couple of days later when I saw
him again outside my window, smiling at me... then he disappeared. The
next time I saw him I yelled out, "What's your name?" To my surprise,
he yelled back and said, "My name is Sebastian Polizar." I told my mom
and she was like, "Yeah, right..." I told her that I would prove that
it was true. I yelled his name out loud and told him to come see my
mom. At 1 o'clock in the morning, she saw him. She screamed and she
made me promise never to call him again. But to this day I still see
him. We moved out of that house because a lot of weird things kept
happening, like doors slamming and voices that just didn't belong. -
Lynn
The Tomte's Cap
This happened to my girlfriend when she was seven or eight years old.
Here in Sweden we have old folklore stories of, among other things,
gnomes. I do not have a better word for them - you know, those small
little buggers with red caps and beards - kind of like those from Snow
White and the Seven Dwarfs, but smaller and more mysterious. The
Swedish word is tomte. When my girlfriend was sleeping with her mom and
dad in their bed one night, she woke up, but didn't exactly know why.
She wasn't afraid, but noticed that something was in the room. The
atmosphere was kid of gloomy, grayish dawn-like light, and the air was
thick. She looked around and noticed a small cap moving from one side
of the bed to the other. She was small and could not see to the floor,
but what she did see was that a tomte was moving to the door... and
then vanished. He looked as I described above, but gloomy - kind of
Hollywood movie-dream style gloomy. It all lasted for about two
minutes. These kinds of meetings point to the fact that old folklore
shouldn't be ridiculed. - Henrik L.
The Four Demon Elves
This happened in 1967. The weirdest part of this story is that my
younger sister and I never knew that our older sister had seen the
demon elves too until all of us were grown with kids of our own. My
younger sister Clarice and I loved to ride horses. Almost every day in
the summer we would set off to the stables. We left very early in the
morning, so it was our habit to climb out of our bedroom window so that
we would not wake the rest of the family. One morning Clarice was part
way out the window, when she let out a god-awful scream and started
moving in reverse, quickly! I was trying to push her forward, but she
came crashing back into me and we landed in a heap on the bedroom
floor. Clarice was white, and I could tell she was really frightened -
almost in shock. I kept asking her what was wrong, but it took her a
while to be able to tell me. When she finally told me what she had
seen, I didn't believe her. She said there were four little men outside
in the bushes and they looked like little demon elves. She said she
could tell they were evil. I didn't believe in the supernatural at the
time, so to tease her (and because I couldn't see any demon elves
outside) I leapt out of the window and ran over to the bushes and
started crouching down calling for the evil elves to show themselves.
They didn't, and I wrote the whole thing off as a very vivid
imagination on my sister's part. Years later, we three sisters were
together visiting and talking, and Clarice asked me if I remembered the
demon elves. At that, our older sister Cristi turned as white as a
ghost and said, "You saw them too?" It turns out that on the very same
morning Clarice had seen them, those evil elves had awakened Cristi by
scratching at her window, laughing evilly and calling her name. She
said when she got up to see who was at her window, she almost fainted -
it was the same evil elves Clarice had seen. She screamed at them to go
away, and after some time of tormenting her they backed into the bushes
where the unfortunate Clarice saw them. The scariest part was when
Clarice said, "Remember that you couldn't see them?" I nodded my head.
She continued, "When you ran up to the bushes, they were still there.
You were just inches away from them, and then they disappeared." We
never saw the demon elves again, but to this day, we three sisters all
agree they really were there. - Tyler Z.
The Gnome Road
I live in Beaverton, Oregon. There are still some areas on the
outskirts here that have forests, farms and the like. There is a road
called Cornelious Pass, which is where this event occurred. Cornelious
Pass is mainly a back road used for truckers or people looking for
shortcuts, and I had a habit of driving that road at night. I was
driving one night with a friend of mine, and he was skeptical to the
core - a person who did not believe in anything "mysterious" or
"unexplained." As I was rounding the corner on this dark night, my
headlights caught something odd. I didn't see it as well as I would
have liked, as my eyes were on the road. What I did see was burned into
my memory and has been there ever since. There was something on the
side of the road; it had been walking on its knuckles, like a gorilla.
It reared up and looked at us as the headlights hit it. It was about
four feet tall, the size of a child. Its arms were long enough that
when it stooped it touched the ground, even though it was standing up.
Its face - one of the images that remains hazy - I only remember as
incredibly ugly. It was wearing clothes - and a pointed hat! I swear
it. That's what got me when I saw it, what my mind focused on. A little
pointed, cone hat standing straight up - like a witch hat without the
brim and smaller.
The moment it saw us, it turned and shot into the grass on the side of
the road. As it turned, I saw what I can only describe as a backpack. I
slammed the car to a halt and turned to my friend, who was pale white
and staring straight ahead, in shock. "You saw it too?" I asked. He
nodded. I put the car in reverse and started to back up. My friend
screamed at the top of his lungs, "What in the HE** do you think you
are doing?" I screamed back, "Going after it!" He slammed down his lock
and reached over me, locking my door. "You are not getting out of this
car." He said through gritted teeth. "Drive!" He screamed. I didn't,
calmly looked at him and asked him what exactly he thought he saw. "A
TROLL! A GNOME or something! I don't care! Just DRIVE!" I knew my
friend had gotten a better look at it than I, and afterward tried to
ask him about it. He refused to talk about it again, or even
acknowledge what had happened. I remember it, though - clearly. - Jovet

STRANGE WORLD DEPARTMENT -
Cherokee Tales Of 'Little
People' Give Clues About Our World

Some modern physics research includes examination of interesting ideas
such as unseen dimensions within our universe separated by subtle and
discreet boundaries sometimes referred to as “branes.”
The term “multiverse,” a universe with many dimensions, has even been
used to describe these kinds of ideas.
In some ways, this way of viewing the universe is similar to the
longstanding beliefs in many human cultures that there are unique veils
that separate our normal world and other realities, dimensions and
beings in nature.
Accounts of seeing things and beings suddenly appear out of thin air
are not new. There have been many reports of such phenomena. These
incidents sometimes may be described as the appearance of angels or
supernatural beings.
Other beings who appear from nowhere are sometimes said to be loved
ones who have passed on. In the 1989 movie FIELD OF DREAMS starring
Kevin Costner, an entire baseball team emerges through the brane of a
field of Iowa corn that separates our world from the afterlife or some
other dimension.
There are also old tales of elves, fairies, pixies, leprechauns, trolls
and other kinds of “little people” who may be friendly, kind, somewhat
hostile, mischievous, secretive or some combination of these.
Some witnesses report seeing saucer-shaped or other types of objects in
the sky that seem to appear and disappear – UFOs. And, possibly related
to this, some people report encountering beings who are often described
as short in stature, who also seem to appear and disappear and are able
to affect the minds of humans.
Could these accounts be examples of the movement of people and things
between the dimensions in nature and a multiverse?
CHEROKEE LEGENDS OF THE LITTLE PEOPLE
The Cherokee, like other Native American tribes and indigenous people
around the world, have many legends going back centuries about how the
world was formed and how the world works.
These ancient Cherokee stories tell of the nature of the animals,
plants, trees, mountains, streams and rivers of the land in the Smokey
Mountains and the Appalachian Mountain region.
Old Cherokee tales include accounts of “the little people,” the “Yunwi
Tsunsdi.” These beings are sometimes described as being spirits, and
other times as small human-like people, about two feet to four feet
tall.
These little people may have different appearances and, according to
legend, they may be of three or four different types. Little people can
be kind and helpful, especially to children, and can also play tricks
on people. They can also be dangerous if a human intrudes on them, and
they have the power to confuse the mind of a human.
The little people have the ability to remain unseen and invisible if
they choose and generally avoid being detected by humans. But, at
times, they will reveal themselves.
They live close to nature, in the forests and mountains. They have a
spiritual aspect to them and they try to teach humans about kindness,
joy and respect. The little people like to dance to rhythmic drumming
and music.
The 1998 story book CHEROKEE LITTLE PEOPLE: THE SECRETS AND MYSTERIES
OF THE YUNWI TSUNSDI, authors Lynn King Lossiah and Ernie Lossiah share
old Cherokee tales in which the little people play a part.
As we try to understand our world, nature and the universe, we
collectively use a wide range of investigative methods: Science,
observation of and interaction with nature, direct experiences of many
kinds, spiritual teachings, history, human legends, art, music and
other paths.
How does the Cherokee legend of the little people fit in to our
research, and what can it teach us?
THE DISC IN THE MEADOW
There is a story that I included in my first novel MISSION INTO LIGHT.
In the sequel, LIGHT’S HAND, I provide deeper details about the
incident. I will share the basics of it here.
Long ago, deep in the forests of the Smokey Mountains of eastern North
America, seven young women and men were hunting for game. They were
young hunter-warriors, still in their teens.
They ranged out miles away from their village and had been walking for
several hours in search of deer, or any food for their families. They
sometimes stop to gather edible and medicinal plants.
As they search for sign of game, they come to a small mountain meadow.
In the center of the meadow is a large, silver-colored disc. The object
is perhaps the size of ten Cherokee homes.
The seven young hunters hide in the forest near the meadow and stare
with awe at the strange object. They all look at each other, speak in
low whispers, and agree they should report their find to tribal leaders
and senior warriors immediately.
They carefully retreat from the area near the strange disc and run back
to their villages where they tell leaders about the object. They also
spread the word among various families, being careful not to frighten
the children.
The next morning, they guide nearly 50 tribal leaders and warriors
toward the site. They act as the scouts and hike for miles with the
others. The group walks quietly and with stealth. Suddenly, a hand
signal is flashed to the main party from a forward scout. They had
reached the edge of the meadow.
The group moves slowly, carefully, silently toward the edge of the
clearing. Then they see it. About 75 yards away is a large
silver-colored disc, just as the young warriors had described it.
Many of the Cherokee lay on their stomachs behind trees and foliage.
Some warriors have weapons ready in the event of danger. The leaders
whisper among themselves. What should they do? Is this thing a danger
to the people or is it some kind of good medicine?
Suddenly, just to the side of the disc, they see four small figures
emerge from the tree line bordering the meadow. The beings look like
people, but they are small, with slender bodies and large heads,
similar to a child’s.
The Cherokee leaders continue to whisper. They decide that four of them
will go forward and try to make contact with these strangers. A peace
chief, a medicine woman and two of their bravest warriors are chosen.
Carefully, they stand and slowly emerge from the forest into the
meadow. The four little people spot them and are obviously startled.
One of the little people quickly seems to go inside the disc. The other
three cautiously step toward the Cherokee.
The seven meet halfway between the disc and the forest’s tree line
where the rest of the Cherokee remain hidden. Face to face, the
Cherokee peace chief raises his right hand in a peaceful sign of
greeting. One of the little people does the same. Then they sit in the
wild grass of the meadow and begin to make hand sign.
The peace chief tries to convey a welcome to them and asks why they
have come to Cherokee land. The little person who seems to be a leader
makes hand sign that they have come from a great distance, and he
points to the sky.
They continue to talk, and eventually the peace chief, medicine woman
and warriors are convinced that the little people are friendly. They
motion for the rest of the Cherokee in the woods to come forward. The
little leader also motions for the forth little one to leave the silver
disc and join them.
Slowly, the Cherokee in hiding join the others in the meadow. They
stand and sit around the strange visitors. These little ones have an
unusual appearance, not like the other tribes they have had contact
with. Theses visitors eyes are large and different, and they wear a
type of clothing that is similar in color to the deerskin the Cherokee
wore, but the material is clearly not the same.
The visit goes on for several hours and as the afternoon turns to
evening, the Cherokee make a camp for the night in the meadow, near the
forest’s edge. The little ones go into the silver disc.
The next morning, most of the Cherokee start the journey back to their
villages. After all, their families will be worried. Several choose to
stay and visit with the little ones and learn more about them.
The little ones explain that they would like to stay in the Cherokee
land for a time, to learn about the mountains, rivers, animals and
plants. And this they do.
Throughout that summer many Cherokees hike out to visit the little
people. They share much knowledge about life in the Cherokee mountains.
The little ones also tell them about their land, far away in the night
sky.
One day, the little visitors tell the Cherokee that they will be
leaving to return to their home. They say the friendship shown to them
by the Cherokee will be remembered and that they will try to help them
when and how they can.
As that summer passed, then many other summers and seasons, then tens
of years and hundreds of years, the story of the little visitors was
told around campfires at night. The little children opened their eyes
wide. They were told that the little people would try to watch over
them, protecting them from harm. And the children looked up into the
stars of night sky.
OUR REALITY NOW
It’s a nice story. A happy ending and everything. Is it true or does it
have some truth in it? Maybe. Did the native people of North America
and ancient people elsewhere have contact similar to this? Some
stories, legends and other indications say yes.
There are also concerns that some visitors from other planets or from
other dimensions may not be so friendly. Like the Cherokees' concern in
the story above, visitors could be good medicine, or a danger.
And, of course, we humans are often a danger to ourselves, to other
living things and to planet Earth. We kill each other, we kill
children. We kill other animals for fun and sport. We create bigger and
more dangerous weapons. We slowly destroy our land, rivers, oceans,
forests and now the climate of the entire planet.
The progress we make through science and other means to understand our
world the universe around us is important. Other dimensions, other
planets, the existence of other civilizations, the membranes and veils
separating our reality from other fields in a multiverse are all worthy
endeavors.
One day we might uncover Einstein’s “unified field” and the so-called
“zero point.” We might harness this knowledge to help the human race
survive and move us forward.
The progress we make going within and understanding ourselves can also
be very useful – even crucial. The physics and nature within all of us
is important: Our brains, our neurological systems, our bodies, our DNA
and genetic history, our hearts, our spirits, our souls. This inner
knowledge may also be key.
Maybe one day we will learn enough about ourselves and our world that
we will understand the nature of possible multiple dimensions. We might
meet other beings who discreetly appear and disappear, and who have
much to teach us.
We might live in peace and awe amidst a multiverse where many more
beautiful secrets and discoveries await. The Great Spirit may smile
upon us and bless us.
We might sit around a campfire and tell our children wonderful stories
that make their eyes open wide, as they look up into the stars of the
night sky.
