Good evening everyone and a happy Tuesday to all. A warm welcome to all of our old and new subscribers. Well, I hope that your week-end went well and that your week is going well. I had a really nice time this past week-end except for Saturday. I spent the whole day in bed in the motel room sick. Was throwing up the whole day and wound up sleeping the whole day. I had taken my medicine for restless legs the night before and I knew that I shouldn't have. I think that it must be too strong for me because everytime I take it, I always wind up getting sick. But I was trying to make sure that I could sleep and not keep hubby up. I know that when I go back to the doctor that I willask for a lower dose that is for sure. Prep Time:15 min Start to Finish:25 min Makes:6 servings (1 1/2 cups each) Ingredients: 1 box Betty Crocker® Suddenly Salad® Caesar pasta salad mix 1/2 cup Italian dressing 4 cups torn romaine lettuce 1 cup cubed salami 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 4 oz mozzarella or provolone cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes (1 cup) 1 can (2 1/4 oz) sliced ripe olives, drained Directions: 1.)Empty pasta mix into 3-quart saucepan 2/3 full of boiling water. Gently boil uncovered 12 minutes, stirring occasionally. 2.)Drain pasta; rinse with cold water. Shake to drain well. 3.)In large bowl, stir together seasoning mix and dressing. Toss with pasta and remaining ingredients. Stir in croutons and Parmesan topping just before serving. Serve immediately, or refrigerate. Do-Ahead Make this salad a day ahead, but wait to stir in the lettuce, croutons and Parmesan topping until just before serving. Substitution Make it your way.
