LIVE EARTH - THE CONCERTS FOR A CLIMATE IN CRISIS

Live Earth Concerts in All 7 Continents to Reach Global Audience of Over 2 Billion

Los Angeles, CA -Detailing a historic effort to engage billions of people across the globe, Kevin Wall, Al Gore, Pharrell Williams, Man?, Cameron Diaz, and the MSN Network launched Save Our Selves (SOS) - The Campaign for a Climate in Crisis. The announcement was made in March at the California Science Center.

SOS is designed to trigger a global movement to combat our climate crisis. It will reach people in every corner of the planet through television, film, radio, the Internet and Live Earth, a 24-hour concert on 7/7/07 across all 7 continents that will bring together more than 100 of the world's top musical acts. Live Earth alone will engage an audience of more than 2 billion people through concert attendance and broadcasts. MSN has partnered with SOS to use its reach to make the Live Earth concerts available across the globe. The Live Earth audience, and the proceeds from the concerts, will create the foundation for a new, multi-year global effort to combat the climate crisis led by The Alliance for Climate Protection and its Chair, Vice President Al Gore. SOS was founded by Kevin Wall, who won an Emmy as Worldwide Executive Producer of Live 8.

HARD ROCK TO OPEN FIRST ROCK AND ROLL THEME PARK

Slated to open in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina in spring 2008, Hard Rock Park will celebrate the spirit of rock and roll through a myriad of unprecedented rides and attractions, marking the single largest tourism investment in South Carolina's history.

Hard Rock Park will be an approximately 140-acre theme park boasting more than 40 attractions
for rockers of all ages, including roller coasters, shows, children's play areas, restaurants, cafes
and retail stores, a multi-purpose live music amphitheatre, and ultra-modern sound system
specifically developed for the project, creating a totally immersive full day experience.

Aging thrill-seekers who once streamed to Led Zeppelin concerts will soon be able to scream on the "Stairway to Heaven" 150-foot-high  roller coaster in South Carolina.

The Hard Rock Park Road to Myrtle Beach Tour
Beginning today, Hard Rock Park will hit the road in true rock fashion and embark on a six-city
tour designed to spread news of Myrtle Beach's newest attraction. Dubbed "The Hard Rock Park
Road to Myrtle Beach Tour," which will be a traveling exhibition headlined by The Beatles‚ beloved
Magical Mystery Tour Bus, which represents the first piece of memorabilia donated to the Park by
Hard Rock International. The tour will visit Hard Rock Cafes in major East Coast cities and collect
pieces of rock memorabilia from each. Representing a bit of musical history from their respective
cities, the memorabilia will ultimately find a permanent home within the Park for all to enjoy.

Items such as a wall from the iconic underground rock venue, CBGB's will be donated by the New
York cafe, while a white studded cape owned and worn on stage by Elvis Presley will be presented
to the Park by the cafe in Memphis. As part of the tour, the popular rock band Sister Hazel will serve as the Park's official "rock emissaries," and perform at the Cafes at each tour stop.

Limited edition items, including Road to Myrtle Beach t-shirts and Hard Rock Park tickets will be available for purchase at each event. Rock and roll enthusiasts in the following cities can participate in the free events at local Hard Rock Cafes:
New York City, April 9
Cleveland, April 10
Pittsburgh, April 11
Memphis, April 14
Nashville, April 15
Atlanta, April 17

The Hard Rock Park Backstage Tour
The tour will culminate in Myrtle Beach at the Hard Rock Park site, beginning at 8:00 a.m. on
April 18 with a concert that evening featuring Sister Hazel and The Marshall Tucker Band to
celebrate the official opening of the Park's preview center. Coined the "Hard Rock Park Backstage
Tour," the preview center offers fans an interactive glimpse of rides and attractions that will make
Hard Rock Park come to life like no other theme park. The Hard Rock Park Backstage Tour is also
outfitted with various interactive displays as well as unique pieces of memorabilia that will be
incorporated into the Park and will be open through the end of 2007 at no cost to visitors.
