Grammy Museum scheduled to open in December 2008 in Los Angeles

The GRAMMY Museum will explore and celebrate the creative process, the art and technology of the recording process, and the enduring legacy of all forms of recorded music. It will be located on the campus of L.A. Live, an unprecedented sports and entertainment destination, featuring an exciting mix of entertainment venues, restaurants, and concert spaces. It adjoins Staples Center and the LA Convention Center.

The GRAMMY Museum will feature four floors of exhibits including rare artifacts, stories, and films from the fifty-year history of the GRAMMYs as well as other exhibits which will explore music and cultural history, the art and science of the recording process, and the creative process and achievements of several generations of music makers.
