It??™s been such a long time since we communicated. I apologize for not being in touch. But there is a reason, I had to take a few months off to finish my book ???Secrets of The Giants??™ and get it ready for publishing. The good news is that it is finally ready for publishing just some editing and off to the press! I thank you all for your patient support.

True freedom was evolving into a full-fledged newsletter when I had to take a break for finishing the book. So we will pick up where we left off last time. From now on True freedom will be a monthly ezine delivered to your inbox every 10^th of the month.

Insights for this month

I consider freedom from fear of failure and fear of embarrassment as one of the most important aspects of Internal freedom. I remember my childhood when both these fears would stop me from attempting to do anything at all. In fact it led to abnormal self-consciousness that would haunt me till past my teen ages. Not anymore! What happened? In my late teens I had the most humiliating things happen to me, things I dreaded all along. But guess what? Right when that was happening I lost all my fear and hesitation. What a release it was. Opened up a whole new bright and opportunity-laden world for me. Here are a few insights that I gained that helped me:

• Trying and failing is a natural way of learning new things.
• Embarrassment is only when you feel it- - - -if you don??™t care much for it others won??™t too.
• All that you lose at any time is your false sense of yourself and what you thought was good.
• My identity is never dependant on the opinions of those around me or what happens to me- (it was a stupid idea to buy into the idea in the first place).
• Trying to find my identity in things and events and opinions keep me where I am.
