FYI : New survey just out! We know you're busy but please take a few moments to share your thoughts in survey about the "Choking Game". It will take approx 2 minutes to complete. Parents, children (with parental consent), teens and community leaders, medical professionals, and law enforcement are encourage to participate. Please forward to anyone who would like to participate. Multiple submissions per household (IP address) are allowed. This survey will close on June 27, 2008.
