UPDATE! PARENT OF CHOKING GAME VICTIM QUESTIONAIRE Thank you to the parents, guardians and grandparents who have submitted a response. The Choking Game Awareness community has certainly come together on this issue to reveal to the CDC, the
medical community and the general public the true numbers of Choking Game victims. According to a preliminary assessment of responses, at least 20 qualifying victims need to be included in the CDC's report. The questionaire will conclude on July 31, 2008.
