ABOUT THE AUTHOR 

Ms Mamta Bhargava is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a Law Graduate from University of Delhi. She has authored several books vis., “Concise Commentary on Companies Act with Quick Referencer”, “Company Law Procedures with Documentations”,“Guide to Companies Act”,“Circulars and Clarifications on Corporate Laws”, “Compliances and Procedures under SEBI Law”.. 

She is on the Advisory Board of “Corporate Law Adviser” a more than decade old renowned Corporate Law Magazine .She is also associated with the India’s premier legal site “LEXSITE.COM ”. to whom she has provided rich contents.

ABOUT THE EDITOR 

Mr V.P. Kapoor is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, a Law Graduate from University of Delhi, an Associate Member of the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India, as well as a Member of Indian Council of Arbitration, New Delhi. He is an eminent personality in the field of Corporate Laws. He functioned in various capacities in the Department of Company Affairs, including acting as Registrar of Companies, U.P., and Deputy Director at the headquarters of the Department at New Delhi. He started his practice as a Company Secretary in 1990 and is now associated with several eminent industrial groups as consultants on Corporate Laws.
