One very significant piece of data you should look at is website your bounce rate. This is a measure of the quality of traffic your website receives. It can help you to evaluate the performance of any web page on your site. There are typically two ways that the bounce rate is measured: 1. The percentage of visitors who see only one web page and leave. 2. The percentage of visitors who stay on the website for just a few seconds (about 10 seconds or less). Generally, a high bounce rate, ie 60% or more, means that you are probably targeting the wrong type of prospects or that your site is not very well designed. All of these could cause a high a bounce rate: => Poor or unattractive design => Poor navigation => Slow load time => Misleading keywords => Misleading ads If your site does not meet your visitors expectations they will bounce away!
