Transgenderzone.com exclusive Tzone can exclusively reveal that the Claybrook centre will be expanding its service in the near future Until now the Claybrook Centre located in the grounds of Charing Cross Hospital London will be moving 400 metres further down Fulham Palace Road to a new larger premiss This information has come straight from the head of clinic Dr James Barrett We asked about the existing clinic and how it is seriously over subscribed it has become He assured us this is soon to be rectified with a new expanded service nearby We also asked if they had any plans to expand services into regional locations. He explained that at this time they are focusing on a what can only be described as a UK centre of excellence in London and that all roads lead to London it is often quicker to get to London than other areas. The demand for transgender services has not gone unnoticed and demand has tended to outstrip supply, its clear this has created stress in the transgender community It is hoped this new service will create many additional places and help deal with the increasing demand Please share this story - just remember to add www.transgenderzone.com as your source |
