This is a paid position, available now and also at other times of the year. Candidates should have strong interest in TV and some experience writing news stories. Job is based in Manhattan. ...that LUCKY MAGAZINE is looking for enthusiastic, hardworking, organized, and intelligent interns to work in the Accessories department for the winter and spring semesters (Dec-Jan for winter, Dec-May/June for spring, even better if you can stay for both!). You must have a strong interest in fashion and accessories and you must be able to receive credit for the internship (or be an enrolled student). Interns will help with sample returns, check ins, and pick ups but will also be given a fabulous introduction into the inner workings of the world of fashion magazines. We need someone to commit to at least 2 days a week (approximately 15-18 hours) but ideally could work 3 days a week (4 or 5 over the winter break). ...that the design and architecture department of Metropolitan Home is looking for a fall semester intern who can commit for 1-3 days per week from October to December. The ideal candidate is intelligent, articulate, hard-working and has an interest in architecture, design, and home decoration. Previous internship or work experience is an asset. We are looking for someone to assist on photo shoots, help call in and return products, organize and maintain the filing system and merchandise closet, and work very closely with the editors and director of the department as needed.
