******* Glam Media is in the process of either eliminating or reorganizing 14 positions, out of 200, and the company has created a new marketing group. The new structure will have sales aligned to support digital agencies with another group assigned to support brands. People familiar with the company weren’t surprised to hear of the possible elimination of jobs, saying the sales team was overhired and the network sites weren’t always happy with how much money they were making off the ads. Glam has a mix of owned and operated Web sites that reach 44 million unique monthly visitors in the U.S. Some sites include Apartment Therapy, Bagsnob and Shake Your Beauty. MORE ONLINE

Entrepreneur Media, the Irvine, California-based publisher of Entrepreneur magazine, has filed a lawsuit against former editor Rieva Lesonsky. The suit alleges that Lesonsky “stole” its Franchise 500 ranking concept by creating the not-yet-launched Franchise 300 ranking for San Francisco-based online business site AllBusiness.com. In addition to Lesonsky, the complaint names AllBusiness.com and another former Entrepreneur staffer. MORE ONLINE

ANOTHER celebrity editor is packing it in. Sarah Ivens, who has been running OK! since British billionaire Richard Desmond launched the American version three years ago, is leaving the mag by the end of the year. "I'm leaving at Christmas," Ivens told Media Ink. She's getting married to fellow Brit and software architect Russell Moffett, but she won't be moving to England after she's hitched. Instead, she's off to Lexington, Ky. "The wedding will be next April in the Cotswolds, England," said Ivens over lunch at DB Bistro.
