The new Folio: is out (yup, it still exists), and it reports that Reader's Digest (yup, it still exists) will soon be hitting its 1,000th issue. Reader's Digest will roll out the red carpet for its upcoming August issue, the magazine's 1000th. One such product is Playbook, an eight-to-12-page editorial insert in Business 2.0 that's been dramatically upgraded from a two-page former incarnation called Cheat Sheet. ???It was a two-page down-and-dirty explainer,??? says Quittner of the Cheat Sheet. ???The readers loved these things. But we wanted a little more room.??? MORE ONLINE 3. New York PostWhen Life Imitates Ads By Keith J.
