BROADWAY CALLS Joins North American Vans Warped Tour 2008
For Immediate Release
Recently signed to Green Day label Adeline Records in the US, Oregon’s Pop Punk Quartet Broadway Calls has now been added to the entire North American Vans Warped Tour for 2008. Dates and venues for the tour have yet to be announced.
Warped Tour founder Kevin Lyman shared his love for Broadway Calls in a bulletin posted on the Vans Warped tour official site January 14, saying,
“Maybe I was in the mood for some Clash or Stiff Little Fingers, but right away I was way into them. This band has both those influences
but with a modern feel. The band is from Oregon, better known for hippies, beavers and good micro brew, but I have a feeling after this summer it will also be known for a band called Broadway Calls.”

Broadway Calls’ 2007 self-titled album is scheduled to be re-released March 18 in the US through Billie Joe from Green Day’s label Adeline Records. It is currently available in Canada through Smallman Records.
Broadway Calls is the sometimes pop, sometimes punk, always ultra-catchy
band hailing from Rainier, Oregon. Having been compared to bands like Latterman, Green Day, Alkaline Trio and Kid Dynamite, Broadway Calls appeals to an audience of intense, genuine music lovers: The kind of crowd that loves to sing every word to every song. http://www.myspace.com/broadwaycalls
Bright, relevant pop-punk that harkens back to a time when pop-punk had a definite purpose and unshakeable voice. Aversion.com
