 1 oz brandy (light room)
 salt (taste it little by little)
 whipping cream (optional)

Fill a glass (cup) with coffee and pour  brandy (rum) into.
Add a few granules of salt and taste it, if you like more add more
tasting all the time. Top with cream only if you like.

Many companies are struggling these days. The economy is tough,
global competition is a fact, and technology tends to obsolete
products in months, sometimes in weeks.

The Internet is a new marketing medium playing field for any
business wishing to get acquainted with its potential. Understanding
the power of the web and its mechanisms is important to the growth
of your business.

If you think that traffic is the only thing you should focus on to make
more profits, then you're wrong. Of course traffic is important as
it means visitors for your website, but there is one thing you need to
focus on: converting that traffic into buying customers.

To succeed in this operation you need to attract the attention of your
visitors, and you can do that if your web content is used correctly.

1. Speak to your visitors about their needs and wants.
Your prospects' primary concern isn't that you've been in business
for 25 years. They search internet because they need something and
you must use the content to identify at least one common problem of
your prospects and the benefit of using your product or service.

2. Use strong keywords.
Think and make a list with words that define better the needs of your
customers. Use them to make a strong message so people who read
your content to know how you can help them.

3. Move prospects to action
If you want to prompt prospects to visit your web site to buy or to
contact you, include an offer that motivates them to do so.

4. Ask prospects to contact you for more info.
That way your prospects will provide you with their contact information
and the problem they want solved. Use the web, email, and the phone
to follow up and close the sale.

5. Ask for testimonials.
Ask your customers to give you testimonials and put them on the website.
Do not post only positive comments, offer a real, but positive image
of your business.

2) Provide Visitors With All the Info They Need - If a
visitor to your website has to put any effort into finding
the information they need, you will lose them fast.
Everything should be easily available to them with clear
directions on how to get it. Make all important information
no more than one click away.

3) Have A Newsletter Sign-Up - Having a form for people to
opt-in to a newsletter is a great way to build a list of
customers. It's also a great way to build trust and a strong
following. Pack it full of great information, resources,
freebies, and more. You will bring them back for more plus
they just might tell all their friends about you.

4) Make It Sell - You are building a work at home business
website so you can make money. In order to do that you must
get your visitors to make purchases. Your site should have a
direct call to action with your best products and/or
services listed in highly visible places.

5) Allow feedback - It's important to have a way for your
visitors to offer feedback to you. They should also have an
easy way to ask questions and make comments. People will
like this because they get to give their input about what
they would like to see done. You will benefit by being able
to know what your customers want or need.

Ok, now you should be able to get a great start on that
business website. Include all five of the things above then
build some great information around them. You will have a
wonderful website that should bring back visitors time and

I was at a fundraising workshop.

The instructor held up a chocolate and asked: "Who wants to buy

This is a commonly asked question that I address frequently. This
disease is quickly reaching epidemic proportions. The common link
is lack of exercise and unhealthy diet.

Research has shown that nearly 60 percent of cases of diabetes
can be prevented by simple lifestyle changes. In fact, losing
just 10 pounds can dramatically reduce the number of people at
risk by 58 percent.

Change your eating habits. Eliminate processed sugar from your
diet, particularly soft drinks and sweets. Work with your
physician to develop an exercise program that will work for you,
and stick with it. Exercise is the best medicine to prevent
chronic illness and improve your mental health.

An interesting study was completed recently showing that cinnamon
may successfully act as a natural insulin substitute. Thirty
patients diagnosed with type 2 diabetes were instructed to take a
daily dose of cinnamon. At the end of 40 days, the patients noted
significant improvement in LDL and cholesterol levels, and a
decrease in blood glucose and triglycerides. Researchers are
hopeful that further research will substantiate the results of
these initial studies showing cinnamon may prevent or conquer
diabetes.
