Before to start, I want to share with you my favorite recipe

Here are what you need:

1 part coffee, ground (not instant)
5 to 6 parts water
a pot to boil the water (not a kettle - you'll see why)
one of those cone-shaped filter holders
one of those cone-shaped paper filters
coffee mug(s)
coffee pot for serving (optional)

Preparation:

Step 1: Put the water in the pot and bring it to a boil.

Step 2 When the water is boiling, take it off the stove,
and immediately stir the coffee right into it. Stir it in enough to
make sure all the coffee grounds are well wetted.

Step 3 Pour the water/coffee mix through the filter and cone,
into the coffee pot or mugs  Add sugar and/or milk to taste.

Take care, you'll need more sugar than usual. This is strong!

Statistics state that 55% of people judgments are made based on what
is seen visually, as opposed to 38% based on voice and the message
you give. That means what you promote using images is the most
important factor in making the right connection.

This observation makes the Internet the biggest opportunity to sell.
It's been said that information is king, but in the world of the Internet,
it's image. Here the visual presentations are the most usual method to
promote your product/service. According to web development tools
you have at your disposal photos, images, animations, movies to
enhance your marketing strategies and create a professional sale system

There are thousands of authors out there teaching sales people on
how to turn more prospects into customers, how to increase their
sales, and convince people to buy. Almost all of their books state that
creating an image of your product is the best thing you must do and
this is nothing else but to recognize the importance of visual methods
in sales process.

Here are some 'visual' tips that salespeople may use effectively in
selling their products

1. Use images in your website. An image values more than a thousand
 words. Take care to not overload your web site with high tech gadgets.
They can create a slow loading web page and distract people away
from your offer.

2. Use text with descriptive terms and phrases in a manner that compel
images in your customers, something like "see with your own eyes",
"come and see our product", "red alert" and so on.

3. Make your prospects feel that they need the product, and help them
visualize how much better their life will be after the purchase.

4. Get your visitors excited about your product by showing them how
excited other people are about it. Tell them why they're excited and
use images with satisfied people.

5. Provide testimonials on your site from your happy customers.
When asking if you can publish testimonials, ask if you may also include
and photo along with their endorsement. This will add more 'visual'
credibility to your testimonials and further decrease any resistance your
visitors may have to your sales message.

6. Keep people at your web site as long as possible. You may allow
them to download for free ebooks, movies, banners, signs and other
visual materials

These techniques are most effective when used in concert. They require
effort and practice to be able to leverage their full potential, so take the
time to study them. Apply these techniques to the weak areas and put
the science of selling to work for you.

Internet businesses are springing up daily. Many first time entrepreneurs
are lured by the ease with which a business can be started online and the
dream of fast riches.

The world of online business has fulfilled the dreams of many an
entrepreneur, but for many more it's become the
"Boulevard Of Broken Dreams."

Why is that?

Why have the dreams of so many new business owners become
nightmares, while others seem to strive effortlessly?

That question haunted me for years. I would make a couple of dollars
and then hit a brick wall.

What was I doing wrong?

I finally realized, it wasn't what I was doing. It was what I wasn't doing.

There are three key factors necessary to succeed in business online
or off. I call them the "three pillars of business success."

Once I started paying attention to the "three pillars" sales came easier
and running my online venture became less stressful.

Successful entrepreneurs follow these three rules.

Some do it consciously, others do it naturally.

So what are the three pillars of business success?

1. Knowledge

Your starting point on the road to success is knowledge.
You have to begin a study program. You must learn as much as
you can about your product or service.

You also have to begin a never ending study of how to market and
promote your product. You have to learn in order to earn. As your
knowledge increases, so will your confidence.

2. War Chest

The second pillar is to evaluate your war chest.

How much money do you have to invest in your business?

Don't use money you need for maintaining your lifestyle.
Use money you won't miss.

Once you start dipping into money you need for everyday
expenses, the fear of loss will color your decisions.

Scared money never wins!
What if you don't have money you can afford to lose?
You have to spend your time.

Periodically evaluate your war chest and decide whether
to spend your money or your time.

3. Marketing Plan

The third pillar is your marketing plan. You have to develop a
systematic plan of marketing and promoting your business.

Your marketing plan will be determined by your knowledge
and capital.

Having a system will take the guess work out of
building your business.

You won't have to agonize over every decision.
You'll be able to "pull the trigger."
Your marketing plan is your road map to success.
Build you knowledge base, evaluate your capital and
develop your marketing plan.

You've been given the "Keys."
Its up to you whether or not you use them.

Simple power phrases stimulate your customer's feelings and
trigger an emotional decision to buy from you. You can
increase your sales by using power phrases in your web
pages, sales letters and other marketing messages.

WHY POWER PHRASES TRIGGER THE BUYING ACTION

A power phrase helps your customer visualize how they will
feel when they own your product or use your service. It
generates an imagined feeling and motivates your customer
to convert that feeling into reality.

Most of your customers make an emotional decision to buy
from you. They may look for logical reasons to justify
their decision. But their decision to buy is usually an
emotional decision instead of a logical one.

Power phrases increase a customer's desire for your product
or service and trigger an emotional decision to buy.

HOW TO CREATE A POWER PHRASE

Creating a power phrase is easy. Start by listing some of the major
benefits your customers get when they buy from you. Then combine
a few highly descriptive action words about one or more of those
benefits into a short phrase.

Here are some examples of power phrases used by 3 different
types businesses:

** "Fast! Easy! Very Low Cost!" (For a product or service business)

** "I'll help you myself! That's why I can guarantee
   results." (For a service business)

** "Work you enjoy, more money to spend and more time to
   spend it." (For a business opportunity offer)

USE HIGH-IMPACT WORDS

Look at the words used in the above 3 power phrases. Many are
high-impact words (fast, easy, very low cost, help, guarantee, enjoy,
more money, more time). Power phrases use high-impact words
to create high-impact statements.

TIP: Use short and clearly understood high-impact words for your
power phrases. They create a dramatic word picture in your customer's
mind without drawing attention to the actual words you use.

A SERIES OF 3 WORDS OR PHRASES

Here's a special tip based on my personal experience.
Create some of your power phrases using a series of 3 words
or 3 groups of words. For some reason a series of 3 words
or phrases seems to produce a dramatic and memorable image
in a customer's mind.

My most effective power phrases usually combine 3 words or
3 groups of words together in a series. For example:

"Save time. Save money. Get immediate results."
"Fast! Easy! Very Low Cost!"
"Enjoy it at home, in the office or in your car"
"Guaranteed on time every time or it's free"
"Power, Performance and Speed"

Use the information in this article to develop power phrases for your
products and services. Then include those power phrases in your
web pages, sales letters and othermarketing and sales messages.
They will immediately increase your sales.
