Theoretically, millions and  millions people can use your product.
Very important is to see who is more likely to pay for it. One of the
best ways to find the right answer is to consider the following 6 steps.

1. Find a niche market.
Don't aim to dominate a huge, general market like home owners.
Narrow your focus to a targeted "niche" like home lighting or
alarm systems or women interested in home decoration. You don't
need to attract millions people in your venture, you only need to
attract a few thousands.

2. Figure out what they want.
People have various and different needs connected to your business
field. Do not try to solve everyone. Do not try to divide their needs
in important and less important according to your mind. You might
be wrong. Better, focus your attention to those things they need very
often.

3. Develop the product accordingly.
Your business may have more than one product. You need to decide
what product or products, or product category people need the best.
Start by developing a single product or a family of very close related
products.

4. Offer it to them.
This is the big day. You have the possibility now to verify if your 'lab'
work meets the needs of the real people you target. If not or for a
better fit, evaluate the deviation from your offer to people request and
make the necessary adjustments. Do not concentrate your attention
to quality of product exclusively. Sometime it's just perfect to make
some modifications regarding promotion, delivery, packing

5. Automate the business.
A business that need your physical presence every moment could
have only a small number of customers, because your time and energy
are limited. In this situation you must charge enough from every client
to cover your expertise and /or handling. This kind of venture cannot
by developed on internet. The big secret of online business is to make
it run in an automate way, without your permanent assistance.

6. Start another product and diversify.
If you've succeeded to automate your business, then you have time
for another leadings, such developing and diversifying  your product
series. Every new product will go over 3, 4 and 5 above points.

Do not forget from time to time to check the second point or even
the first one. Remember that not long time ago, it was a huge market
for videocassettes, but the development of CD's has killed it overnight.

  You should have good content on your website so that others find it useful
   to link to your website and vice-versa.

   Viral Strategies

   It is the important strategies that encourage others to carry your
   marketing message via e-mail, using their own resources and network of
   relationships.  Viral marketing is quite easy to understand.  You must be
   getting email in your inbox, which have been forwarded to you by your
   friends, and you then forward it to your other friends.  This forms a
   chain and is part of viral strategies.  You can also provide quality

   Public Relations

   Public relations to get press coverage are a kind of viral strategy.  It

Profits = Turnover x Margins

2. conversion rate
3. number of transaction
4. average dollar sale
5. margins

When I first learned this formula, it seemed so simple that it was
incredulous no one has taught me this before. Yet when I put the theory
into practice, the result was truly remarkable. I started by making minor
changes and adjustments to my normal practice and within 6 months saw

Summary

How much increased profit you can generate for your business depends
on your ingenuity and creativity in improving your lead generation,
conversion rate of your lead, the number of transaction per customer,

Computer tip :  "How To Turn a Folder into a Toolbar"

Here's a very neat trick you can try out. If you experiment with
it, you'll find it comes in very handy.

To save cluttering up your Desktop with too many icons, you can
save a lot of hunting around for saved stuff by creating a folder
and downloading related stuff to it - like all your motoring
ebooks, or free marketing ebooks...

RIGHT click on an empty area of your Desktop

Select 'New' then 'Folder'

A new folder appears on your Desktop. While the name 'New Folder'
is still active, type in the name you want - like 'Motoring'.

If your PC won't allow you to do this, then RIGHT click on the
folder and select 'Rename' and type in 'Motoring' or whatever.


You can fill this folder with anything already sitting on your Desktop by l
eft clicking on an existing object or folder and while keeping your finger
depressed, drag it across into the new folder. Then release the button.

Easy Peasy, but here's the cool part ...

Click your mouse pointer over the new folder and hold the left
mouse button down. Now drag the folder to the edge of the screen.

Magically it turns into a taskbar with all the individual
folders, ebooks or whatever on display!

Every time you place something into that folder it will appear in
your new taskbar.

When you get fed up with it, just RIGHT click anywhere on the
toolbar and click the Close toolbar command, or untick the
toolbar name.
