we will not accede to their demands to stop publication of the Raghavan Iyer
HERMES articles on our website, theosophytrust.org, and in our books. One of
those Santa Barbara groups - the so-called "Universal Theosophy Fellowship", or
"UTF" - alleges that the copyright permission granted to us by Sri Iyer is not
valid, and that only they have the legal right to publish his HERMES writings.
__We have sought to avoid any conflict with these groups, but they insist upon
total compliance with their demands, and will not allow us to exercise our
clear legal right to publish these materials. These groups have elected to
resort to legal force to enforce their demands upon Theosophy Trust; to respond
