UPDATE 2008 Hi, With no gigs in the book until March, we are spending the early part of the year working on new material. We are getting towards that stage that all bands get to when, we need to again move forward. Since the band formed, every year has been better than the previous in terms of venues/status etc. 2007 was the first year in which things maybe stayed the same, due in main to other commitments and a lack of quality music venues and promoters. Having played with signed and professional acts and played great venues and festivals across the UK, the record deal is the only real step forward. Likelihood of that happening is similar to that of winning the lottery but Colourkinesis are at least going to buy a ticket for 2008. Pleased with the new tracks and ideas and whilst a few favourites will still be seen during our live dates of 2008 many of the back catalogue have been played for the last time. Just a few working titles to keep the juices flowing are as follows:- You and whose army? I don't want to Love Amazing Outside/Inside/Outside I'm gonna shine on you!! Listen out for these at our first gig of the year at the Standard, Walthamstow on Saturday March 22. Hope to see you there.
