meeting at 7pm this Wednesday, 1/17/2007.  We will be meeting at the Coliseum
Bar, 2nd floor.

The topic of discussion will be investing using "Private Money", a.k.a. Other
People's Money, O.P.M., etc.  Lynn Fiore and Michelle Pribyl will be discussing
this topic during the first portion of the meeting.  Then several members who
have first-hand experience investing this way will run a Q & A for the second
portion of the meeting.  I'm sure this topic will be of great interest to newer
investors and investors who do not have the time to investigate and find the
great deals.

too.  Our next meeting is this Thursday, January 4, 2007 at 7pm at the Coliseum
Bar, 2nd floor.  We are bringing in a great speaker to kick off 2007.  A brief
overview of the topics is below:

1) Go-Zone investment opportunities
Investors need to know about the potential Huge Tax Benefits for investing in
the Go-Zone.  This presentation explains how it works, who gets the benefits
and where the deals are.

2) Absentee investing
Not everybody has the time and skills to be a Hands on Investor.  Some
investors need to know how to capitalize on OPS (Other Peoples Skills) & OPL
(Other Peoples Labor) to get the maximum return on investment with minimal time
& labor investment.  Same concept as OPM just taking it to the next level.

to grow and it is rewarding to see the networks and relationships that are
formed, in part due to the club's existence.  We hope you continue to be with
us as we grow and continue to better ourselves.

I would like to send out a special thank you to the members who volunteered
their time in organizing and running the club.  We could not have done this
without you.  Additionally, the new members who have volunteered to assist in
2007.  Thank you for getting involved.

I hope you have a great holiday season and look forward to seeing you at our

will be typical for our first meeting of the year, planning, setting goals and
