Good morning and welcome to your Sunday edition of A to Z Recipes Newsletter. It is a delightful December morning here in Texas. We had another weather change and it is expected to be in the low 80's again today. Except for some rain and cooler temperatures at night, we've had Spring-like weather this weekend. As is the case in Texas, if you don't like the weather, just wait a few minutes... it'll change.

We went out for an early celebration of my son's 17th birthday yesterday. Hard to believe Trey will be that old on Tuesday. He's the "baby" but you'd never know it by his 6'4" height. I was laughing about how he's grown so fast and becoming so mature. I can recall a long list of things he would want for his birthday but he only asked for one item this year. Of course, his taste got a little more expensive. But he was just as happy to have his family eating burgers with him at Fuddruckers as any gift. I have been blessed with good kids who still bring more joy to me than I deserve.
