Add eggs 1 at a time, beating well after each additon. Add honey & 2 teaspoons orange peel, beating until light & creamy. Sift 1/3 cup cocoa & next 5 ingredients togeather. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture alternately with buttermilk, beating well after each addition. Stir in 3/4 cups walnuts. Pour into 2 greased & floured 9-inch layer pans. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until cake tests done. Let stand for 5 minutes. Turn onto wire racks to cool. combine 1/4 cocoa & butter in mixer bowl. Add confectioenrs sugar & cream, beating until smooth. Stir in vanilla & 1/2 orange peel, mixing well. Spread between layers & over top & side of cake.
