I am trying to find the recipe for cocoa fudge. It's the one that used to be on the can of cocoa. Can someone help me? Thank you.

-=*=-A great natural substitute for plain ole sugar is *honey*
-=*=-Almost any recipe can be made sugar *free* if you're creative.
-=*=-Instead of sugar, you can use a sugar substitute of equal value.
HOWEVER, you have to remember to reduce the amount of liquid in the recipe, because you use so much less "EQUAL" than you would "SUGAR".
-=*=-Apple sauce or any mashed fruit of your choice can be used in place of sugar in many a recipe.
-=*=-Instead of Chocolate you can use carob, which is very healthy &
sugar-free* as well, or use cocoa & add your desired fruit.
-=*=-When making a substitution, make note of the liquid texture of
your replacement to make sure your fruit etc. equals in liquid form,
what the recipe calls for as the sweetener.

Chestnut & Chocolate Ice-Cream with Apricot Sauce
 
225g bitter chocolate
4 x 15ml spoons maple syrup
225g canned chestnut pur&#233;e
1.2 Lt. double cream, whipped
2 x 15ml spoons kirsch
3 free range egg whites (optional)
225g whole canned chestnuts in syrup, drained (save a few for decoration)
 
Melt the chocolate into maple syrup, over a pan of hot water. Blend together & stir into the chestnut pur&#233;e. Beat in the cream & kirsch.

Whisk the egg whites until stiff & then fold into the mixture (optional). Freeze for two hours in a shallow tray covered with foil.

Scrape out & blend in a mixer until smooth. Put in a bowl & stir in the chopped chestnuts. Spoon into a mould, cover & freeze for 30 minutes before serving. Loosen the mould by slipping into hot water.
Turn onto serving dish, decorate with reserved chestnuts, cut in half, & apricot sauce.
 
For the Sauce:
450g tinned apricots in natural juice
2 x 15ml spoons apple juice concentrate

Strain the apricots from their juice in the tin. Place apricots & apple juice concentrate together, & blend in food processor until smooth (should be a runny pur&#233;e consistency). Serve with ice-cream. Enough for ten portions, small amounts as it is very sweet.

Snowballs

100g/ 4oz milk chocolate
50g / 2oz plain chocolate
100 / 4oz desiccated coconut
25g / 1oz butter
50g / 2oz icing sugar sieved

Break the chocolate into small pieces. Melt in a medium bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. Remove carefully & stir in the coconut, butter & icing sugar. Mix well.  Roll the mixture into small balls & roll in desiccated coconut. Refridgerate to chill & use with 1 week.
