Remove from heat. Stir in cocoa powder, sugar, vanilla, & coffee crystals. Stir till dissolved. Cover & refrigerate 4-6 hours. For each serving, place about 1/3 cup chilled mocha mixture into an 8-10-oz drinking glass. Add a scoop each of vanilla & chocolate ice cream. Stir till partially melted. Top each with whipped cream & some chocolate curls. Divide dough into 2 equal parts & roll into a log. Wrap each log in wax paper & chill until firm. Cut into one half inch pieces & place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minute at 325 degrees. Remove from oven & allow to cool. Meanwhile melt the chocolate bark according to directions on the package.When chocolate is melted, dip one end of each cookie in the chocolate & then in the pecans. Cool on wax paper.
