Bring to a boil, stirring for 2 mins. Add milk, & continue heating. When hot, beat in vanilla with a rotary egg beater or whisk. Remove from heat. Chill, then pour into a punch bowl over ice cream. Spread over the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees; let cool. 2nd layer: Use mixer to blend cream cheese, 1 container Cool Whip & powdered sugar. Pour over crust & spread carefully with a spatula. Refrigerate while fixing the next layer. 3rd layer: Mix 2 boxes instant pudding with milk & vanilla. Beat until thickened & spread over second layer.
