It's really nice. I know I will use it a lot. Thank you so very much. Gloria T. *-=*=-*Hint*-=*=-* Great Chocolate ideas:) I have two ideas. Do you have a chocoholic in your home or a friend who's the same way? Do what I've done in the past. Take one of those little used cake character pans (bunny, GI Joe, train engine, etc) and use it as a candy mold. Lightly spray the pan with food release (cooking spray). Melt your chocolate (I use dipping chocolate because it's a little cheaper than using all chocolate chips) until it's totally melted. Then just pour it into your pan until it covers the bottom of the pan about 1/2 inch deep (you can fill the whole pan it you want but it's not recommended). Let chocolate cool totally. Place cooled pan into the freezer for 5 minutes when you're ready to take the chocolate out (this will cause the chocolate to shrink just a little, I do the same thing when I want to get candles out of their molds). If it's a child or a child's party, you can use the mini cake forms (you can also use sucker molds for this also but minus the sticks). * Party idea that's sure to please. Pop a roaster pan 3/4 full of popcorn (I usually pop the corn into another bowl and transfer it to the pan because I don't like under popped or "old maids"). While you're doing this, pre-heat your oven between 250-275 degrees F. Now, add to your popcorn 1 bag of chocolate chips, 1/2 to 3/4 bag of mini marshmallow and about 1 cup to 1-1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts. Mix this all together and place it into your oven. About every ten minutes, you'll want to stir it until the chocolate chips and marshmallows are melted. Remove from oven and place it into a bowl. You can eat it when it's cooled. Loretta T.
