In a mixing bowl, cream butter & brown sugar until fluffy. Beat in melted chocolate, egg, vanilla, & milk. Sift in dry ingredients, about 1/3 at a time, blending to make a soft dough. Chill for 3-4 hours or overnight, or until dough is firm enough to handle. Add the granulated sugar to a pie plate. Shape dough, about 1 teaspoon at a time, into small balls; roll in granulated sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheets, spacing about 3 inches apart. Using the bottom of a glass, flatten each cookie to about 1/4-inch thick. Top each with a pecan half. Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 10-12 minutes, or until firm. Carefully remove from cookie sheet and cool on racks. Store in a tightly covered container. Stir in peanut butter, milk, & egg; mix until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips & miniature marshmallows. Divide batter among six 6-ounce custard cups. Arrange custard cups in microwave oven, evenly spaced in a circle. Cook, uncovered, at 100% power for 1 1/2 minutes. Rotate cups, unless your microwave has a turntable. Continue cooking for 1 1/2 minutes longer. Let cups stand in microwave oven for 3 minutes. Dessert centers will be soft.
