If you need to, loosen them with a table knife, then lift them out. For filling, melt chocolate chips & 1/2 cup margarine in milk over low heat in heavy saucepan. Stir in nuts & set aside. For crust, cream 1 cup margarine & sugars; mix in eggs. Stir in dry ingredients. Reserve 1 1/2 cups of mixture; press remaining mixture into ungreased 13" x 9" baking pan. Spread with chocolate filling. Crumble remaining mixture evenly over chocolate. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until center is soft but crust & edges are firm. Cool; cut into bars.
