Rice Krispies 1 c. flaked coconut 1 1/2 c. chocolate chips 1 c. nuts Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 2 cookie sheets. Cream butter, oil & sugars. Add eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla. In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt, cream of tartar & baking soda with a wire whisk. Gradually stir into creamed mixture. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop by level tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart on cookie sheets. Bake for 11-13 minutes or until browned. Cool on sheet for 2 minutes. Remove to wire rack to cool. Sprinkle with HALF of chopped Butterfinger. Pour caramel topping over Butterfinger. Spread whipped cream over cake; sprinkle with remaining chopped Butterfinger. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
