Hello everyone, Nothing new on Kyle....they didnt have the MRI done, so won't be till Tuesday till we get the results...Tuesday because the Neurologist wants to meet with us and Tuesday is the day we picked to make sure everyone who needs to see the MRI gets to see it BEFORE we get there this time. Kay says Kyle looks awful & she is very discouraged as one might expect in a situation like this. Prayer is all we have right now. God bless you everyone for doing so. Simple peanut butter cookies. 1 cup of peanut butter, 1 cup of sugar, 1 egg. Combine in big bowl. Roll into small balls, flatten with fork. bake in oven 8-10 minutes 350 degrees. take out, then cool, then eat. Do all of these things but in place of peanut butter use Chocolate Hazelnut Spread. Fold in chocolate chips. Pour into a well-greased and floured Bundt or tube pan. Bake at 350? for 55-60 minutes. Remove and let cool. Refrigerate if keeping more than a day or two (it won??™t last that long). I have served this plain with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream but often I add still more chocolate by making the following glaze to drizzle over the top: Chocolate Glaze: 2 tablespoons butter or margarine 2 tablespoons Hershey??™s Cocoa (not instant) 2 tablespoons water 1 teaspoon light corn syrup 1 cup confectioners??™ sugar, sifted 1/2 teaspoon vanilla Melt butter in small saucepan over low heat; add cocoa and water, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens. Add corn syrup. Do not boil. Remove from heat; blend in confectioners??™ sugar and vanilla. About 1/2 cup glaze.
