Hello everyone, Kay & the kids are with Kyle for the night in the hospital. They have an apartment & has his bed brought there with them & they are taking care of him for this 24 hours. Kay gave him his needle & is taking care of the tubing in his stomach. The kids are assisting where they can & doing everything they can to make him comfortable. I spoke to Kyle & Kay both. Kyle is a little slow in speaking, but, he is still a sweetie...wanting to know how I was doing & if it is cold up here yet. He is so excited that he soon goes home. He told Kay he doesn't know why God did this to him, but, He must have had a good reason & he thinks he will find that out too. He said it has brought them (he & Kay) closer together. They were always close, but, maybe he feels that & that can only be a good thing. He said a prayer today & asked HIM to let him know why it happened & what it is he has to learn. I am so proud of him. We all love him to pieces. He is coughing & still throwing up...Kay is going to tell the Doctors to look furthur for the problem that is keeping him nauseated. We are so grateful for all of you, for your prayers, beautiful notes, thoughts, support, & love. Thank you so very much. You are greatly appreciated. Store in an airtight container. Yield 4 cups mix. To make Hot Cocoa Mix: Add 3 to 4 tablespoons of mix to your favorite mug and fill with boiling water. Stir to blend. Add some marshmallows or cream. Line 13x9-inch baking pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides of pan; grease foil. Microwave unsweetened chocolate & butter in large microwavable bowl on HIGH 2 minutes or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Add granulated sugar; mix well. Blend in eggs & 1 tsp. of the vanilla. Stir in flour until well blended. Spread into prepared pan. BAKE 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. (Do not overbake.) Cool in pan on wire rack. BEAT peanut butter, powdered sugar & remaining 1 tsp. vanilla until well blended. Spread over brownie. Microwave semi-sweet chocolate in microwavable bowl on HIGH 2 minutes. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Drizzle chocolate from spoon over peanut butter layer. Refrigerate 30 minutes or until chocolate is firm. Remove brownie from pan, using foil handles. Cut into 36 brownies to serve.
