Place 40 crackers on a cookie sheet with a rim. Pour the above mixture over & bake in a 350 degree oven for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle 1 large package milk chocolate chips over. When melted, spread with knife & put in refrigerator until cold. Add dry ingredients until mixed. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheets & bake for 22 minutes.
