In medium saucepan thoroughly combine corn syrup and evaporated milk; add chocolate. Over medium-low heat stir constantly until chocolate is melted. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla and icing sugar. Beat with spoon until smooth. Spread in pan. Drop peanut butter by teaspoonfuls onto fudge. With knife, swirl peanut butter through fudge to marble. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Invert onto cutting board; peel off plastic wrap. Cut into 1-inch (3 cm) squares. Microwave Directions: In a 3-quart (3 L) microwaveable bowl combine corn syrup and evaporated milk. Stir in chocolate. Microwave at high (100%), stirring once, 6 minutes or until chocolate is completely melted and entire surface bubbly. Mix well. Spread batter in pan.
