Kay has corrected me on that...they paid for all the family flowers, sent flowers & food, but, did not pay the BIG bill...I guess when something sounds too good to be true, it usually is). The funeral home called about the death certificate...the cause was Cardiac Arrhythmias...so, if you have any of those symptoms, please take care & follow Doctors advice. If we had known, perhaps Kyle could have been helped. We have sooo many cards comming in the mail. we have a huge stack of cards still comming, to add to those that come locally. Thank you...most of them are from you guys. It is very helpful & sweet, the notes you have written within. I decided to keep sending updates, & some sites for you, as our sponsors need us to keep going. We hope that at least myself, will be fully back to work by next week. In the meantime, I will do what I can to keep you informed as I don't know when Kay will feel up to going back to doing her own, but, in the meantime, I will try to send an update as frequently as possible. Place chocolate chips, 2/3 cup white chips and 1 tablespoon shortening in medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at HIGH (100%) 1 minute; stir. Microwave at HIGH an additional 1 to 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until chips are melted when stirred. Using fork, dip each pretzel into chocolate mixture; tap fork on side of bowl to remove excess chocolate. Place coated pretzels on prepared tray. Place remaining 1/3 cup white chips and remaining 1/2 teaspoon shortening in small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at HIGH 15 to 30 seconds or until chips are melted when stirred. Using tines of fork, drizzle chip mixture across pretzels. Refrigerate until coating is set. Store in airtight container in cool, dry place.
