Vegetable Oil 4 sq. unsweetened chocolate (4 oz) melted 2 C. granulated sugar 4 eggs 2 tsp. vanilla 2 C. Flour 2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1 cup powdered sugar INSTRUCTIONS: Mix oil, chocolate and granulated sugar. Blend in one egg at a time until well mixed. Add vanilla. Sift flour, baking powder, & salt into oil mixture. Chill several hours or overnight to stiffen dough. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Drop by tspful into powdered sugar. Roll in sugar, shape into little balls. Place about 2" apart onto cookie sheets. Bake 10-12 minutes - should still be soft, do not overbake.
