Place cream and milk in a small pot, bring to boil. Remove pan from heat and whisk in chocolate and coffee until dissolved. Temper cream mixture into sugar and egg Add pinch of salt. Strain liquid through a sieve. Place mixture in 6 oz. Brulee dishes. Bake in a warm water bath at 325?°F for 50 to 60 minutes or until firm. Remove and allow to cool.
