Top with fudge topping & freeze until firm. FUDGE TOPPING: 1 c. sugar 1 1/2 c. evaporated milk 1/2 c. butter 2/3 c. chocolate chips Cook topping ingredients 8 minutes after they start to boil, stirring constantly. Grate squares of chocolate & add to egg mixture. Add remaining ingredients & beat well. Shape into a ball. Chill in refrigerator at least one hour. Shape chilled dough into small balls (about 3/4 inch in diameter). Roll each in sifted confectioners' sugar. Place balls on greased baking sheet & allow to dry in warm room for 4-5 hours.
