We have been doing this since she was about 3 years old. In the note it tells her what a good girl she has been at school and at home, helping out with chores and such. It also reveals how many easter eggs she will find if she searches long and hard enough. (250 G) light cream cheese, softened, cut into cubes 2 eggs 3/4 cup (175 ml) light sour cream 1 1/4 cups (300 ml) Splenda Granular 1/2 cup (125 ml) unsweetened cocoa powder 1 tbs. Meanwhile, in food processor, process cottage cheese until smooth. Add cream cheese & process until blended. Add remaining ingredients & process just until blended. Pour into pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until firm around edges & slightly soft in center. Run knife around edge of cheesecake to loosen from pan. Cool on rack. Cover & chill. Garnish with fresh raspberries &/or chocolate curls. Sift together flour & soda, then mix all ingredients together & pour into a greased loaf pan & bake 1 hour. Makes 1 loaf. Coat top & sides with chocolate icing. 1/4 c. butter 1/4 c. cocoa 1/4 c. milk 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Melt butter; add cocoa, milk & sugar. Bring to a boil & cook 1 minute. Add vanilla. Stir rapidly for about 2 to 3 minutes.
